I have found a source that disputes the claim made (without source) that the Caribou crash was not recorded by the Transportation Safety Board. According to a speech given by the manager of product safety for Bombardier Aircraft in 2001, the transcript of which is here, the safety board did indeed investigate the crash. However I have been unable to locate media coverage of the incident. 68.146.52.234 (talk) 02:38, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
