Article in search of a subject to be about[edit]
The article seems to be about two different things simultaneously; an "information system" that gathers data from around the globe, or some kind of panoramic presentation of information. After reading this article I feel that the overall topic is difficult to understand. There is not very much information on what exactly the Global Information System is. I believe that the viewpoints in this article are under-represented and there is little to no information on what countries use this software to share and receive information. There is also only one reference to an article in the citations area that brings you to an article to further your reading.
