Questions about del notice[edit]

So one editor submitted a deletion request. How did another one come along and not improve the complaints--which is that the scientist's article appeared to be an obituary, and it still does, and just remove the deletion notice without improving the valid complaint? I put the template back and instead of just undoing it or removing it please add some references that say something besides the man's death.TeeVeeed (talk) 06:39, 16 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
