Undid change of redirect

[edit]

After Pure Flix sold off their streaming service and changed their name, an IP user changed this page to redirect to discussion of the streaming service under its new owners. No discussion was done on this change. However, given the number of films released under the Pure Flix banner, as well as the time the streaming service spent with the original company, it seems clear to me that the original company is the more appropriate redirect target here. (Most of the invocations except in templates were for the film studio, not the service; I have made a new redirect for Pure Flix (streaming service) and adjusted those templates appropriately.) As such, I have restored the redirect to point to the film company, not the streaming service. I am, of course, open to discussion for reconsideration. --Nat Gertler (talk) 15:25, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

And I see the change was made again. I remain open for discussion, but barring some evidence that the current streaming service is more significant than the studio that released some major motion pictures, I will again be steering the redirect back to the studio. -- Nat Gertler (talk) 00:13, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
