Untitled[edit]

I'd like to see two things happen to the article: (1) an end to the recent revision war, and (2) the removal of the trivial junk that a couple of editors keep inserting. Stepp-Wulf (talk) 04:57, 12 January 2008 (UTC).

I apologize for inserting my edit here, but I can't figure out how to edit the first sentence in the entry. When I click on "Edit," it shows the NEXT paragraph instead. My correction: Greene, NY is NOT northeast of Binghamton. It is very much SOUTH of Binghamton. I lived in the Chenango Valley for 4 years; I know what I'm talking about.KrisDiLorenzo (talk) 14:35, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

You need to click the edit button along the top bar of the page, rather than the section-edit button. –xenotalk 14:46, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

Inappropriate humour[edit]

The silly comments on the page are non-encyclopedic and I am going to remove them. Matt Deres (talk) 21:04, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Apparently this article has become a magnet for silly and trivial edits. It would be nice if it stopped soon. Stepp-Wulf (talk) 02:18, 6 March 2008 (UTC).
    • This article continues to be a target for inappropriate and silly insertions. It also appears that the same editors have mixed material for both the Village of Greene and the Town of Greene in the same article.Stepp-Wulf (talk) 02:34, 17 November 2008 (UTC).
