Reference needed[edit]

There is a need for a reference with regard to a part of the article that evolved with this edit. The part that needs reference is as such: "However, in 2013, the Singapore Court of Appeal held in Vellama D/O Marie Muthu v AG that the Prime Minister had a duty to call a by-election in an SMC, and that he must do so within reasonable time. Thanks for pointing it out. Actually, the information is not very relevant for this article, which doesn't deal with SMCs. I have modified the text and added references. — SMUconlaw (talk) 17:37, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
