I do not know what the practice is regarding "controversy" details, but I think it is relevant that the classic love scene in the boat among the fish is not the one she is pressing charges for. In the scene immediately after the love scene she is shown in full frontal nudity. The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation showed both these scenes in a context when only the former was relevant.
