Archer is actually the boat of the Naval Unit of the UniversitIES (plural!) of Aberdeen. That is to say, the University of Aberdeen (founded 1495) as well as Robert Gordon University.

Armament?[edit]

Other wiki pages for this class show them carrying machine guns, does this particular boat not carry the same? IceDragon64 (talk) 22:24, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently not, only the ships assigned to the Royal Navy Cyprus Squadron carried machine guns, while the URNU boats do not. Benea (talk) 22:32, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
