(a) images are tagged with their copyright status, and valid fair use rationales are provided for non-free content
(b) images are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions

I'm very sorry; my family and I have been preoccupied with trying to raise our new puppies for over a month now, and even my Wikipedian priorities have suffered a toll from it.
