Change tracking[edit]

  • I just remove "Borland ans Compuware" as ITSM solutions providers, they are not, I add Microsoft & Altiris, but honnestly, I think we should redirect another page with ITSM solutions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pascal.kotte (talkcontribs) 09:05, 12 March 2013 (UTC)

Software & Solutions[edit]

This page urgently needs updating and renaming to reflect the new 'Software & Solutions' organisation.

7/29/2009: This page updated to reflect new Software and Solutions organization and to include the main products, solutions and services offered. —Preceding unsigned comment added by JLRedperson (talkcontribs) 20:35, 29 July 2009 (UTC)

Updated this page with more internal Wikipedia links, added external references and expanded content so that it can be considered an article rather than a stub. JLRedperson (talk) 01:19, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

This page is an abomination[edit]

I've done some basic copyediting of this page, mostly cutting out or replacing "solution" and "leverage" from the text, but this is still flagrant POV, obvious advertising, and a general tone of sales patter in this article. Unfortunately, this probably is a notable business. Someone with more knowledge of the subject really needs to go over this with a fine toothed comb and translate from bollocks to English. Else I will be tempted to simply strip out everything that's referenced only to a HP press release, or propose it for deletion regardless of notability as blatant advertising that requires a complete do-over. - Smerdis of Tlön - killing the human spirit since 2003! 14:44, 29 July 2011 (UTC)

I extensively rewrote this article, stripped out the advertising language and adjectives and removed references to HP press releases. I believe it is now much more netural, stating facts and with outside, verifiable citations. JLRedperson (talk) 23:23, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

I made a change to this page. I think the tone of the page is now much more neutral than it was before. Sfiteditor (talk) 21:18, 15 August 2011 (UTC)

I read this page. It is very neutral given that it is clearly a business page but does present things factually. 74.75.190.86 (talk) 20:30, 7 September 2011 (UTC)

Good information. Presented nuetrally from my perspective. Thank you for the information. Kristie Popp (talk) 22:02, 7 September 2011 (UTC)

I am removing the neturality tag as the consensus seems to be that with the substantive rewrites to the page that it is now neutral. JLRedperson (talk) 19:29, 8 September 2011 (UTC)
