                 First I want to say sorry for everything which about I am telling you.Its very important for your own ground level employees and their problems.

            Hello Sir,
                            I'm Ajay Pandey,

I'm working in water filter Pureit as a technician in Goregaon (E), Mumbai. From last 10 days I'm working on private level that's because -

                                                  Before I worked for Authorised Service Centre Rishika Enterprises. Here my salary was only 13000/monthly.

I worked here sincerely since 2.5 year with my all hard work and full honestly. I also used local part on place original part because I saved original part for service centre according to the owner. In 1 GKK2 I used minimum 3 GKK2, PRV and SF also used local for customer service. For inquiry you or your employees can visit to the customers. How many PRV ,SF and housing company have and how many out of company. Sir, when I asked about raise my salary then I was ignoring by him. While I gave to the owner minimum 50-60 thousand of business from my private calling and saved parts too minimum of 40-50 thousand rupees. Yet he never gave me my whole salary ever. Sir, You all know that technician or employees are very important for company. So, if they are unhappy with owner's behaviour and salary then they how will do their duty properly. Therefore customer will also break their relation with company. Presently I'm living in Virar (E). So I said to my owner, "Give me area of Virar(E). I will do work hard for company and you can give me my salary on time. I will happy with this. I will sale and service too."

Sir , you know that the value of  1 SF is 250, and 1 carbon container is 500. Yet the value of Marvela UV G2+ machine filter is 1700. Why? While the filter of Marvela UV G2+ machine is 1050/. So many filter are like this, As - the value of G2 miniral is 2900, same filter in coper is 3850 and in Nitro machine 4750/.  On-site-go take extra under warranty of all companies and pureit too. But the work in which they unsuccessful, they give it to the service center of that area.

Sir, I want to tell you that here are the boys of Urban Club and Pure it too working as private level. Please think about it . It's why ? Because they are unhappy with their salary which is 10000/ Rs. only. According to the service center it is more too. All benifit of all services are only for service center not for technician or others Here are 3000-4000 person's salary made by service center. Now you please think about it deeply Sir. How and what will boys do if they have not any other way. They will steal or customer's relation will be break. Sir, you are so kind and very good CEO . You solve problems immediately, I heard about you. Sir, I have 200 personal customer today. Yet I go to private calls and give the all benifit to the service center. I give my personal customer to the service center too. I know about all that where they from duplicate part and from whome. But, yet I never get my benifit by service center. When I asked for my right. They said, " we have no work for you." And now I dismiss by them. Sir, Now please tell me , what I do. Please help me Sir. I want to upload it all on the social site. If it will possible I will go to consumer court too. Because that's all about my self-respect. Now you please help me sir. What should I do. Sir, I'm waiting for your kindly answer.
