Pronunciation[edit]

Is it closer to "hazel-den" or to "hez-le-den"? Compare Hartlepool (just down the road). (I imagine High Hesleden and Monk Hesleden will be pronounced the same way as Hesleden itself.) Narky Blert (talk) 14:57, 29 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
