Ouch! This pages needs work. Why all the non-encyclopedic statements? Let's stick to the relevant facts.

Age of building[edit]

I added a reference for the claim that Highland has the oldest building of the Albuquerque public schools. Highland's main building was built in 1948, Sandia was the next school built (my parents went there). Albuquerque High was built earlier, but abandoned in 1979, making Highland the oldest building in the APS high school system. Anything else would be original research. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.35.62.251 (talk) 05:21, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

USS Hornet not the first aircraft carrier[edit]

I removed the statement that the USS Hornet was the first aircraft carrier, as this is totally untrue. The Hornet is not even the first US aircraft carrier, the USS Langley holds that distinction. Wschart (talk) 16:31, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
