Fruit Bowl of India[edit]

Himachal Pradesh is a Fruit Bowl of India[1]. The State is also known as Apple State of India. Last year, Himachal Pradesh produced approx 6 lakh tonnes of apples, the highest in the country. India produces cultivates apples less than China, a neighbouring South East Asian country. There is no evidence that Himachal is a flower pot of the country.
