- I agree, there should probably be one "Homewood (Pittsburgh)" article with the three neighborhoods represented in them as different sections of the article (West Homewood, North Homewood, and South Homewood). Leepaxton (talk) 10:40, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
This may seem random, but being a white Pittsburgh resident, I wouldn't dare walk into Homewood. I wouldn't drive through without a good bit of fuel left and I wouldn't stop until I'm well out of the neighborhood. Many people have been shot there for being white. -The preceding unsigned comment was added by 126.96.36.199 (talk) 18:55, 26 August 2009 (UTC).
- Not only is it random, but it's really not true and likely based on views that are ignorant, paranoid and racist. I'm whiter than Wonder Bread, and I've been to Homewood a few times and haven't yet been shot. I'm not too worried about going there in the daylight, or really any neighborhood in Pittsburgh for that matter, and I think there are worse areas and neighborhoods out there than Homewood. And for the record, don't forget to sign your statements next time, jagoff. Leepaxton (talk) 10:40, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
