NB Maria[edit]

I've refactored the sentence in the article that directly made the incorrect claim that NB Maria is the Horseboating Society's boat, to make it clear that the boat belongs to Ashton Packet Boat Company, who generously lend her to the Horseboating society. As the boat doesn't belong to the Society, I intend to remove stuff that is more about NB Maria, and not related to horseboating from the article per WP:COATRACK Mayalld (talk) 11:38, 28 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Charitable status?[edit]

Although their website says they are a registered charity, I cannot verify this on the database at [1], searching by name, number or keyword. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place? Derek Andrews (talk) 10:55, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AFAICS, the website merely says that they are limited by guarantee. Whilst this is a structure used by charities, it is not exclusive to them, and as such I am removing it. Mayalld (talk) 12:02, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
