Mcarran Act and the remaining part of the Alien and Sedition Acts[edit]

Our article says, "The McCarran-Walter Act revised all previous laws and regulations regarding immigration, naturalization, and nationality, and collected into one comprehensive statute." Did the McCarran-Walter Act revise the Alien Enemies Act (part of the Alien and Sedition Acts)? The Alien Enemies Act was revised and remains on the books as 50 U.S.C. 21-24. 1924 act?[edit]

Wasn't the 1924 act more the direct successor to this one than the 1952 act was? -- AnonMoos (talk) 01:46, 31 July 2017 (UTC)
