Old name of act[edit]

Why was the act originally called "Inducement Devolves into Unlawful Child Exploitation Act"? What does child exploitation have to do with 'inducing' copyright violations? GhostGirl 07:02, 11 November 2005 (UTC)

So that it could have the catchy acronym INDUCE. I get the feeling congressmen spend more time thinking up backronyms than reading the text of the bills they're handed. Deleuze
