Problems with "general integrals" section[edit]

This section --> ([1] Obtaining general integrals) is very long completely fallicous - the coefficients A and B generally depend on n, and so should be An and Bn. Performing back-substitution in the way done in the article would result in far more complex equations than those results. Also this is not really an encyclopediac entry and how often is this actully done in practice? I have yet to find a source which has this - usually the reduction formula is just stated.

For the first time - I will delete someone elses work. It could in principle be restored if a referance was to be found, if it was shorter and leads directly to the point, and most importantly is correct! But even then its not really encyclopediac, and actually I am suprised that no one has deleted this before me. Normally there are some editors who are quick on this... For these reasons the section will be removed. -- F = q(E + v × B) 10:56, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • In accordance with WP:MOSMATH, all upright d have been changed to italic d (best to use common source notation), both are also mixed in article, should only be one or the other.
  • Re-wrote lead sections for clarity.
  • Also added sources.
