Not an Abbey

The Interlaken convent was never an abbey (de: Abtei), but a Probstei with a Probst (provost) and a Dior. But there was never an Abt (abot) ruling the convent! It was also a nunnery not just a monastry. I think, Abbey should be replaced by convent, because of the lack of an English translation for Probstei. -- ZH8000 (talk) 19:59, 3 October 2016 (UTC)
