Nope, it's not a mistake. The term "ad hoc courrt" just means "temporary" - the ICTY is meant as a temporary court to try certain people who commit crimes as listed in articles 2-5 of the Statute. Once the tribunal has finished hearing trials (and any appeals) in the remaining cases on its docket, it will close. --The Historian (talk) 13:49, 7 December 2012 (UTC)

This section is a huge mess. There is no "response" to the criticism at all, only whimpering from its apologists - the very attitude which built the establishment in the first place. The critics argue from a wide variety of angles and strike at its foundation (for instance, how it operates, how it differs from the conventional notion of a court etc) and these in turn come from numerous sources. By stating that the criticism stems from "Serbian nationalism" is neither here nor there - either Marko Hoare rebut the accusations or he doesn't. It is irrelevant from where it originates, it is the quality of the arguing and nothing that any court supporter has published even scratches the surface of what the critics write. They amount to nothing more than attacks and they do not address the content. When something is political, nobody who supports its creation is going to see reason. I removed comments by Ina Vukic, she is not a human rights activist, she is an HDZ ideologue and propagandist. Her comments come from her own personal opinionated blogsite (see http://inavukic.com/2012/12/16/insidious-peddling-of-the-myth-of-serb-pers/#comment-154735), which is not remotely reliable and has few if any objective sources. All she knows how to do is badmouth almost anyone who persists in disagreeing with her. Quis separabit? 21:58, 29 April 2015 (UTC)
