"German chemist Felix Ehrlich discovered isoleucine in hemoglobin in 1903." As far as I know, isoleucine is not present in hemoglobin. Is there a source for this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.108.40.206 (talk) 02:21, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

Ingested in proteins?
Is there any particular food or protein which is high is Isoleucine? Is there anything in particular I should eat to ensure intake of this amino acid or will any kind of protein be good enough?
