Non existence[edit]

Gazelles are mentioned periodically in paleontological literature regarding Pleistocene Japan, however the scientific name (Gazella praegaudryi) is not the Japanese Gazelle- it is named as the earlist known gazelle, originating in Africa, during the Miocene[1] [2] Since the names do not match, compounded by the fact there are neither any sources or species listed as Japanese Gazelles, we must either change this article to a known species, or delete it.
