Notability[edit]

It's not clear if this meets the notability criterion WP:AUTHOR. It might meet #1 ("widely cited by peers...") if that's the case. I don't think he passes #2 ("significant new theory") or 3 ("body of work" covered by other media). Possibly under #4 ("significant critical attention") although it's not clear what the bar is on that, because pretty much every book published gets a back cover blurb with a few reviews on it, or has some press reviews when it comes out. If every book is notable, then authors are automatically notable and we wouldn't need that criterion. Mathglot (talk) 20:37, 19 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
