Because of Wikipedia's somewhat weird take on fair-use, it would probably have to be a free (i.e. uncopyrighted) picture, since the rules say that if there's a possibility that a free image could be obtained (i.e. if the person isn't moldering in the grave) than a non-free image shouldn't be used. (Of course, that doesn't take into account that high-profile people generally don't allow their pictures to be taken.) Beyond My Ken (talk) 06:33, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
