First (naturalized) American in the English First Division[edit]

I don't know who the first was, but Jim Brown beat Kerr by joining Manchester United in 1932. Then, Alex Wood played for Leicester City in the First Division in 1933-1934. Mohrflies (talk) 01:21, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

Sorry, I forgot about Gerry Baker. Born in New York, played for Manchester City (1960-1961), earned seven caps with the U.S. national team in the late 1960s. Mohrflies (talk) 03:47, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
