The first link says JFC-Norfolk. I think for the Atlantic just refers to its AOR. Garuda28 (talk) 04:54, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed the title is JFC Norfolk; before Norfolk was decided on as its base, the command, to be responsible for the North Atlantic, might have assumed a different location title.
