The article says "With her friends and her parents, she participated in the creation of songs, videos, a web series and a television on the Internet." Which friends? Which songs and videos? What kind of "web series?" What is a "television on the internet?" When did all this happen? This reads like a line taken from a teenager's résumé. It's hopelessly vague and makes little sense.
