Adding unsourced information[edit]

To the I.P users who are adding countries to the 'possible returns' and 'possible debuts' sections; do not do so unless it has a source! Running order[edit]

Are the running order numbers rigth? Where came the running order from? João P. M. Lima (talk) 19:54, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Running order will be made on 12-13th of October, as usual at Heads of Delegations meeting, I believe. This numbers are current order at JuniorEurovision.tv site, that were there from early September relauch, but there is nothing to confirm it is running order of the event. I revert the edit for now, unless this is confirmed by reliable source that it is indeed running order. AlexeyU (talk) 05:52, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sweden vs Georgia[edit]

Both coutries hasn't received 12 points, so we have to pass for the 10 points, and only Georgia received one 10 points, so Georgia is in 6º and Sweden is in 7º, rigth? João P. M. Lima (talk) 22:55, 21 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, in general this is wrong: "In the event of a tie for first or other places at the end of the evening". JESC regulations only have the tie breaking system for the first place. As per 2bis1: 2. Should there be a tie for first place between two or more songs the winning song shall be the song which has obtained points from the highest number of countries. If the songs in question received votes from the same number of countries, the highest number of 12-point scores shall be decisive. It doesn't say anything about the positions different from the first place, so in other cases, the positions are considered shared. Please, everyone disputing it, provide a source stating otherwise. Meanwhile I think we go with the shared positions as per official site scoreboard, and I change the article. AlexeyU (talk) 12:20, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Russia and Armenia[edit]

The official site says that both Russia and Armenia are placed 2nd. But in this article Russia is placed 3rd, not 2nd. Why?
