Legitimacy.[edit]

Merger proposal[edit]

There are individual character pages for Chitose Karasuma‎, Milfeulle Sakuraba‎, Ranpha Franboise, Mint Blancmanche‎, Forte Stollen‎, Vanilla H‎, Normad, Takuto Meyers‎, Lester Cooldaras. Almo and Coco. Shatoyan, Kazuya Shiranami, Apricot Sakuraba‎, Lily C. Sherbet‎, Nano-Nano Pudding‎, Kahlua Marjoram‎, Tequila Marjoram‎, Anise Azeat‎, Natsume Izayoi‎.

Putting aside the issue of the notability of Galaxy Angel, these characters themselves are definitely not notable, and shouldn't have individual pages.

The guidelines on this are: "There are specific notability prerequisites to be met by fictional subjects to warrant articles specifically about them... the rule of thumb is that if the topic is sufficiently notable, secondary sources should be available. It is important that articles give due weight to all aspects of the subject, and to avoid placing undue emphasis on minor points. This concerns all elements of the article page, including infoboxes and succession boxes as well as images and the text".

The most interesting content can be merged into the List of Galaxy Angel characters, and otherwise readers can be directed to the Galaxy Angel wiki (http://galaxyangel.wikia.com/wiki/Characters), which is an appropriate place for this level of detail. Removed PROD[edit]

I have to argue that this does have some notability. It's very common for us to have "list of" pages for characters in franchises that are very expansive, spanning multiple things and having a large cast of characters that wouldn't fit well on the article's main page. Upon looking at the pages for Galaxy Angel I and II, I see that the franchise spans 2 games, 2 manga series, 2 anime series, and 1 light novel series, as well as some live stage performances. I would recommend AfD if you particularly want to delete this. Otherwise I'd say cleanup to remove the in-universe elements. Tokyogirl79 (｡◕‿◕｡) 05:49, 12 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
