A character whose moves mostly consist of ones which require "charge inputs" by first pressing back or down for a few moments, then pressing the controller to the opposite direction while pressing attack. Feel free to rephrase it if you'd like. --Bakuryuu 07:44, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
