Short turn bus routes[edit]

Listing short turns for bus routes is irrelevant. Short turns are not normal branches and are not part of scheduled service - they are done to try to get the buses back on schedule so listing them here is not necessary.

Transit City info[edit]

I'm reproducing the Transit City info here, though it was removed as being outdated:

Future expansion[edit]

According to Toronto's Transit City proposal, the city's plan to construct new light rail transit (LRT) lines in the city, two of the lines, Eglinton Crosstown and Scarborough Malvern, will terminate at Kennedy station. Since Kennedy Station will be the terminus for both lines, along with already being the terminus for two other rapid transit lines and many bus routes, this will require a major expansion of the station building and vicinity. Already the Toronto Transit Commission has completed an environmental class assessment for the expansion of the station and how the two LRT lines will connect. Construction dates and future plans are yet to be determined, due to the current postponement and funding controversy of Transit City.

As of 2010, plans have been made for a $500 million face-lift and rebuild of the entire station, which is expected to take place between 2015 and 2018. Platforms for the two new light rail lines under the Transit City plan, Eglinton Crosstown LRT and Scarborough Malvern LRT, will also be constructed, including the platform for the Scarborough RT, which will also be renovated with a new light rail fleet.[1]

Sourcing[edit]

This is just a rant but the requirement to provide sources is the reason why articles have incorrect information. A lot of things don’t have citable sources. I’m going to stop fixing English Wikipedia.—al12si (talk) 20:18, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Merge Kennedy GO station[edit]

Do you think it would be time to merge Kennedy GO station with this article given the unified branding and aesthetic it has been given with Line 5? The other article is a bit of a stub and I think it would be better placed here. Millsy0303 (talk) 02:03, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'd be in favour of that. BLAIXX 02:06, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
