Proposed work on article in April 2017[edit]

I am going to be working on this article and I would like an opinion on my potential bibliography. I plan to add more about the fault's history and importance. I would also like to add more about the hydrothermal activity along the fault as it is the longest submarine arc on earth.

Include Hikurangi zone?[edit]

Should the article be extended to cover the Hikurangi zone and renamed to Tonga–Kermadec–Hikurangi subduction zone (which is the much more common term than "Hikurangi–Kermadec–Tonga subduction zone")? Nurg (talk) 03:51, 26 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
