a lot of missing references in here. and questionable information. i.e., is it encyclopedic that she was assigned a group project, and that she worked on it for a semester? irrelevant details.
many unsourced claims throughout, including with inappropriate non-objective language - "audience acclaim" etc.
and notice the odd explanation about commissioned works, this cannot go in an encyclopedia biography. it should be deleted (or moved to a 'commissioned works' page, but that seems unnecessary). this needs a lot of work. aside from the Kia Corthron herself, who is familiar with her bio? compared to other playwright bios, can anyone tell me why this one is so long and detailed? --kipito 13:47, 9 January 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kiphinton (talk • contribs)
