Text additions[edit]

An editor has now several times changed one section to read:

"Even though several sources report that the LP-15 was type certified, no type certificate was issued even though a request for FAA Type Certification Program was filed for by Laister Sailplanes, Inc. soon after some infusion of production capital. An initial program meeting was hosted by the FAA Los Angeles District Office (the same office that administered the prior model Laister LP-49 certification program). This meeting was attended by both FAA and Laister company engineers. It was the FAA Office's first completely adhesive bonded airframe program and much of the meeting centered about the Company's successful satisfaction as to the FAA's concerns about the Company's fabrication quality control of the bonding process. All aircraft are registered as Experimental-Racing, Experimental-Exhibition or Experimental-Amateur-built even though all aircraft were build by Laister Products in it's southern California factory".

In a couple of the insertions this was referenced to "professional acquaintance of one of the program engineer". I have to note that this is WP:OR and not an WP:RS and so not an acceptable ref.

This material is not supported by the cited refs so I have had to remove it. This can only be added back in with proper references that show that this information is verifiable. See WP:V. - Ahunt (talk) 12:48, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
