Isn't the picture outdated? I think renovations started in 2007 and may be complete now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 21:41, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

The link for reference 1 goes to the domain but there is only a placeholder page saying the domain is for sale. Has the original Laugh-O-Gram building been restored and is the project no longer active so they abandoned the website? Either way the article should be edited to remove the reference at least.
