Joint stock companys are conventionally also limited liability companies. Somewhere I have the book "The Brief History of the Launceston Western Railway 1867-1904". If I can find it I'll see what I can add to the article - Peripitus (Talk) 10:27, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
