65 Countries[edit]

What are the 65 countries that LEAP has members in? Who funds LEAP? —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 18:10, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Stats and neutral tone[edit]

The article reads like breathy publicity for the organization, likely because most of the sourcing comes directly from LEAP itself. This entry needs more a more objective tone with verification from independent sources not affiliated with LEAP. The unverified membership figure, for example, comes directly from LEAP itself and does not specify how many of those members are active or retired law enforcement. This is an important distinction because, for example, 90 percent of the membership might be non-law enforcement members of the general public. (talk) 19:09, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

I agree. it shouldnt be too hard to rewrite this in a more npov style. I will try at some point, but i hope others who edit here can see this. and i have no axe to grind with this organization, nor am i a member. Mercurywoodrose (talk) 17:28, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
