Scandal?[edit]

I seem to recall that Mr. MacAulay had to resign in disgrace after the federal ethic counselor Howard Wilson ruled in October 2002 that he broken the conflict-of-interest rules by hiring his relatives. That should be in this article--A.S. Brown (talk) 22:03, 27 August 2013 (UTC).[reply]
