References, notability, and possible merge with Specialist schools programme[edit]
I've added a reference and removed the no refs tag. I can find very little online about this programme and have left the notability tag in place. I'm wondering whether Leading Edge Partnership schools were a subset of or development of the Specialist schools programme, also called High Performing Specialist Schools.
