I suspect that in the ecclesiastical sense of lector, the use of the word 'monster' is a typo - 'minister' would appear more appropriate.

Lector vs Lektor in Polish tv[edit]

I'm sorry, calling a Polish tv's lektor a 'lector' in English is quite weird and needs some ref. It would be far more common to just say 'lektor' in English or 'narrator'/'voice-over'. Lector seems inappropriate, and, ideally, 'Lektor' should be given it's own page. For everyone's information, google duelling "Polish television lektor" gives 29,200 hits, compared with 4,700 for the same search with 'lector'. Any thoughts? The article doesn't use "lector" in that section; it does say lektor. This is a rather unusually formatted disambiguation page, in fact it's more like a multi-stub or set index article - anyway it covers not only the word "lector" but other cognates thereof, including "lektor". "Lektor" doesn't need its own page as the topic is covered at Gavrilov translation. It might be worth trying to reformat this page (Lector) a bit though. I'm removing the {{dab}} tag since it clearly doesn't attempt to follow the style for dab pages.--Kotniski (talk) 12:50, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
