Fixed POV issues with first section...[edit]

...but I'm not sure how to treat the section on the Icelandic phrase. Does "skirt capitalism" directly refer to lemon socialism or crony capitalism? They're related concepts in that they're both loaded terms used to refer to types of state intervention, but I think since "crony capitalism" implies corruption and deliberate malfeasance as opposed to generally well-intentioned but ham-fisted government overreach, they don't completely line up. If skirt capitalism refers directly to cronyism, I think that section should be edited so that

a. This is more clear

b. It doesn't sound like we're conflating lemon socialism with crony capitalism, as this in my mind at least, creates issues by implying we have a POV on government intervention in capitalist societies (what some conflate with "socialism," thus this term), specifically that it is corrupt and/or criminal.

I'd just like to note that this is happening because of the inescapable fact that we are attempting to write an NPOV article on a term that implies a political POV. I'm giving it my best shot, but if it turns out that, on account of the inherent POV of the subject, writing an NPOV article is impossible, my vote would be for deletion.
