Notability?[edit]

This article does not seem to make any claim that the club is notable. It leaves me, as a user of the encyclopedia, wondering why I should care and why this club has an encyclopedia article when (presumably) many hundreds of other Tokyo nightclubs do not. I wish this were explained.
