Excessive commander and leaders list[edit]

I think the commander and leaders list is excessive with several people listed under it. Some of them were even linking to incorrect people, or were under the incorrect belligerent. I am unable to find the books sourced under References to confirm them. Due to this issue I added an unreliable source tag, though this can be up to debate if anyone else can find the books and where each of the commander/leader is listed.
