Usually these lists[edit]

are for notable architects (or whatever the list is about) and "notable" is defined as having an article about the person in question, or put another way, a list of blue links and entries on the list that appear as red links are removed. The possible reason for leaving red links is to spur editors on to write articles about them, but that argument is not popular.
