"Frobisher is killed by his snitch" in ep. 13[edit]

I disagree with this assessment. He received a stomach wound vs. a more probably fatal head or chest wound. Admittedly, having left him in a field decreases his chance of survival but he doesn't necessarily die. In fact, given that Ellen expressed a desire to use Patty's law firm's resources to prove that Froshisher killed her finance, I would venture to guess this foreshadows next season's use of the charcter.

I would like to change this to "Frobisher is shot by his snitch". I'm even uncomfortable stating, say, "Frobisher is shot by his snitch, apparently left for dead." I would prefer to just state the facts. Unless someone has a reliable source that states that Danson isn't returning next year. Thoughts? ∴ Therefore | talk 04:03, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit: Here is one source that states: "Is Frobisher dead? Mayyybe. Maybe not." Searching though Google, the question is frequently posed as "Is he dead?" I think this change to "shot" vs. "killed" is needed. ∴ Therefore | talk 04:26, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Season 2 airdate[edit]

The article states that Damages is not returning until January 2009. The only source that I can find for this information is an webpage here, but this is probably not a verifiable source, and additionally the webpage stresses that the push-back is a rumour. If there is not some more credible information behind this, it should be removed until FX makes an official announcement.
