Character format issue[edit]

The character's descriptions should not say what they did in the plot line. That is for episode synopsis. They should say who they are, what they mean to each other (relationship, loyalty, etc) and not spoiling the whole plot line. Aruf's bio is excessive and exemplary.

The Merge proposals[edit]

They are not minor characters. Subaru, Teana, Erio and Caro are the main characters of StrikerS alongside Fate and Nanoha, who have taken a bit more of a side-role compared to their importance in Nanoha and Nanoha A. Merging[edit]

Nearly all of the present character articles need to be merged. There is practically no reliable, verifiable sourcing independent of the subject matter to establish any sort of notability for any of this characters. As such, the characters should be merged here per WP:FICT, as the character list is appropriate as a spinout article per the aforementioned guideline. Discussion is welcome, although I will note that practically none of the characters has a chance of surviving an AfD, so merging may be the most desirable option. I suppose. In the end, I doubt any really meet WP:FICT, as there's no significant English-language reception for them; ergo, all of them should be merged. I agree that Precia and Arf should probably be merged into this article, since they're hardly major characters, but Yuuno definitely qualifies as a major character, and one could make a case either way for Chrono. The Numbers are major characters in StrikerS, and in any case there's too much information on that page to fit in on this one. It's not like there's a lack of sources, either, it's just that most of them are in Japanese, and we can barely get translations on the CONSIDERABLE number of primary sources. Instead of merging stuff around, though, this page could definitely use better cleanup and sourcing; in fact, in my experience, merging lots of articles into one big article tends to make those big articles a total mess. 65.33.206.108 (talk) 02:52, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, but what? Erio, Teana, Caro and Subaru are all major characters in StrikerS, which is -half- of the entire Nanoha series. They're the characters the anime focuses on at that point. By that logic MAYBE WE SHOULD MERGE NANOHA AND FATE INTO THIS ARTICLE TOO AMIRITE? No we shouldn't, durr hurr. If Subaru can have her own page, then by the gods let Teana, Caro and Erio have their own pages as well, they have more than enough background and importance to have those pages. Stupid wiki snobs always wanting to shrink everything down.

Not to mention Sound Stage X, wherein Nanoha and Fate are completely left out of the story, instead completely focusing on those four. They're main characters. 'give 'em their own pages. Oh, and if you're going to try and be a good person by merging pages together when they shouldn't be, then at least put important details like THE NAME OF CARO'S DEVICE in her description.
