Missing State Forests?[edit]

This link seems to list a number of state forests that have not been included anywhere: e.g. Northfield, Otis, Peru. OldPine (talk) 00:02, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I added them. It seems that the state forests listed under the DCR's "Find a park" directory are only those they either 1)consider worth promoting or 2)have facilities able to handle visitors. Other forests are found in their various documents such as that above, and even indicate they are available for activities such as snowmobiling. OldPine (talk) 15:50, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

merge with state parks?[edit]

Should this page be merged with and redirected to MA state parks page? Forests and parks in MA are administered the same way by the same organization, and many are already listed on that page.
