Merger proposal[edit]

I propose to merge Philippine mythological creatures into List of Philippine mythological creatures. I think that the content in the Philippine mythological creatures article can easily be explained in the context of List of Philippine mythological creatures, and the List of Philippine mythological creatures article is of a reasonable size that the merging of Philippine mythological creatures will not cause any problems as far as article size is concerned. Also, by merging the two articles, a comprehensive article for the topic of Philippine mythological creatures can be in line with List of Greek mythological creatures. Thank you for all of your input @Glennznl: and @Missionedit:. I have transferred information into this page from "Philippine mythological creatures". However, to keep in line with Wikepedia's policy, I did not include information that (1) did not have sources at all, and (2) have sources but the sources were self-published, thus unreliable. @PCommission: Might be worth to look in Category:Philippine legendary creatures to clean up/redirect/merge articles in there. A lot of them are very poorly sourced crap.... Glennznl (talk) 20:48, 3 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@PCommission: We should clean up Philippine mythology by moving Philippine_mythology#Other_monster_figures_and_familiars_in_Philippine_mythology and Philippine_mythology#Mythological_races to here as well, only the decently sourced bits of course. Glennznl (talk) 18:27, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
