Hastings Kamuzu Banda[edit]

He was the first president of Malawi and served for 28 years, he was born in 1896 and died in 1997 at the age of 101... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ecad93 (talkcontribs) 08:39, 15 January 2011 (UTC)

His date of birth is highly debatable. WIth no confirmation of his exact birthdate there is no proof that he made it to 100 so he can't be included here. DerbyCountyinNZ (Talk Contribs) 10:08, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
During his tenure as President, it was reported (BBC News) that his age (at time he visited the UK as guest of the present Queen) "is a state secret" in Malawi.Cloptonson (talk) 21:37, 21 March 2015 (UTC)

F. Ray Keyser, Sr[edit]

Found this guy on the new page feed, he lived to be 102. Wgolf (talk) 18:20, 28 September 2014 (UTC)

Added. Thanks. Canadian Paul 22:10, 28 September 2014 (UTC)

Muhammad al-Muqri[edit]

Looks like this person's claim to be a centenarian (let alone a supercentenarian) is quite shaky - he has no citation on the page and his article indicates he was probably born 1860 (making him in his 90s when he died) so he may need further investigation? Since a reliable source has thrown his centenarian status into doubt, I have removed him from this list. If consensus dictates it, or new evidence emerges, he can always be re-added. Canadian Paul 22:07, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
